Notan för ny tysk lockdown: 197 miljarder
Den tyska ekonomin kommer troligtvis att minska med 1 procent i fjärde kvartalet till följd av att landet nu stänger ner delar av samhället för att minska spridningen av coronaviruset. Det uppger landets institut för ekonomisk forskning, DIW, skriver Reuters.
Enligt institutet kommer den nya nedstängningen att kosta landet 19 miljarder euro, motsvarande cirka 197 miljarder kronor, i det fjärde kvartalet och antalet arbetslösa kommer att öka med ungefär 50 000 personer jämfört med den första smittvågen i våras.
