Tidigare terrorstämplade OLF tillbaka till Etiopien
Gerillagruppen Oromofolkets befrielsefront (OLF) tilläts återvända till Etiopien på lördagen, rapporterar AFP. Gruppen var terrorstämplad i landet fram till i somras men togs bort från listan som ett led i den nytillträdde premiärministern Abiy Ahmeds reformer.
– Vi återvänder hem nu när dörren öppnats för fredliga reformer, sa OLF-ordföranden Dawud Ibsa till statligt anknutna Fana Broadcasting Corporate när han anlände till huvudstaden Addis Abeba.
Över 1 300 medlemmar i gerillagruppen ska ha återvänt från Eritrea under lördagen.

The Oromo Liberation Front (Oromo: Adda Bilisummaa Oromoo, abbreviated ABO; English abbreviation OLF) is an organisation established in 1973 by Oromo nationalists to promote self-determination for the Oromo people against perceived Abyssinian colonial rule. The proponents of the movement hold that Amhara hegemony has been oppressing and suppressing the Oromo people and their culture. The movement is the culmination of over 70 years of uncoordinated resistance by Oromos against this condition. It has been outlawed and labelled a terrorist organisation by the Ethiopian government. The OLF has offices in Asmara (a military base), Washington, D.C. and Berlin from where it operates Amharic and Oromo-language radio stations.
