Cevian går in som största ägaren i Autoliv
Christer Gardells aktivistfond Cevian har gått in som största ägare i Autoliv och har nu ett innehav för 10 miljarder kronor. Det skriver DI med hänvisning till en flaggning från USA:s finansinspektion SEC.
Cevian äger nu 8 376 924 aktier i bilsäkerhetsföretaget, vilket motsvarar 9,62 procent av bolaget, skriver tidningen.
Den 1 mars flaggade Cevian för ett ägande motsvarande 6,9 procent av Autolivs utestående aktier och den 13 mars ökades innehavet till 7,5 procent, skriver Direkt.
Autolivs aktie fick fart under dagens sista handelstimme och stängde 1,1 procent upp.
