Höga separationskostnader och en befintlig struktur som fungerar väl, är två skäl som gör att Investors vd Johan Forssell anser att ABB:s beslut att inte stycka är rätt. Det skriver SvD Näringsliv med referens till nyhetsbyrån Direkt som har pratat med vd:n.
– Vi står fullt ut bakom ABB:s styrelse och ledning, och anser att dagens beslut är det rätta för företaget och dess aktieägare, säger han till nyhetsbyrån.
