Kongo-Kinshasas president ställer inte upp för omval
Kongo-Kinshasas president Jospeh Kabila kommer inte att ställa upp i presidentvalet i december, skriver flera internationella medier.
Kabila har valts till president två gånger, 2006 och 2011, och skulle egentligen ha avgått 2016 eftersom Kongo-Kinshasa bara tillåter presidenter att väljas om en gång. Men valet försenades, vilket många tolkade som ett sätt för Kabila att försöka bli vald en tredje gång.
Regeringskoalitionens presidentkandidat kommer i stället att bli Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary, tidigare inrikesminister i Kabilas regering.

He took office ten days after the assassination of his father, President Laurent-Désiré Kabila. He was elected as President in 2006.
