Skådespelaren Treat Williams död i mc-olycka
Skådespelaren Treat Williams har dött i en mc-olycka, rapporterar CNN.
Williams körde motorcykel och krockade med en bil i staden Dorset i USA under måndagskvällen lokal tid.
71-åriga Williams var bland annat känd för sin roll som Berger i filmatiseringen av musikalen Hair och från tv-serierna Everwood och Blue Bloods.
”Treat hyste stor kärlek till sin familj, sitt liv och sitt hantverk [...] Till alla hans fans, fortsätt att ha honom i era hjärtan och i era böner”, skriver Williams familj i ett uttalande.

Richard Treat Williams (December 1, 1951 – June 12, 2023) was an American actor, writer, and aviator who appeared on film, stage and television. He had over 120 credits to his name. He first became well known for his starring role in the 1979 musical film Hair, and later also starred in the films The Eagle Has Landed, Prince of the City, Once Upon a Time in America, The Late Shift, and 127 Hours. From 2002 to 2006, he was the lead of the television series Everwood and was nominated for two Screen Actors Guild Awards. He was nominated for three Golden Globe Awards, two Satellite Awards and an Independent Spirit Award.
