Cypress Semiconductor sålt för 96 miljarder
Den tyska teknologikoncernen Infineon köper den amerikanska halvedartillverkaren Cypress Semiconductor för motsvarande 95,7 miljarder kronor. Det rapporterar Reuters.
Cypress Semiconductor tillverkar bland annat sensorer och chipp som används i segmentet ”sakernas internet”. Affären väntas vara helt genomförd tidigt under nästa år.
