Biden uppmanar alla kandidater i mellanårsvalet som ännu inte erkänt presidentvalsresultatet 2020 att lova att följa väljarnas dom den här gången. Han anklagar dem för att uppmuntra till våld och för att hota både valarbetare och väljare.
