Klart: Spotify och Tencent byter aktier med varandra
Spotify har nu nått en uppgörelse med den kinesiska it-jätten Tencent om att köpa minoritetsposter i varandra, rapporterar Financial Times sedan Wall Street Journal rapporterat uppgifter om affären för en vecka sedan.
Upplägget är att Tencent Music Entertainment (TME) och Spotify kommer att förvärva nya aktier i respektive bolag. Betalning sker i kontanter och det rör minoritetsposter.
– Den här affären kommer att låta båda bolagen dra nytta av musikstreamingens globala tillväxt, säger Daniel Ek, grundare och vd för Spotify.
