AI gav svar på olösta matematiska problem
Ett AI-verktyg från startupbolaget Axiom sägs ha löst fyra matematiska problem som länge har gäckat forskarna, rapporterar Wired. Matematikern Ken Ono säger till sajten att AI-verktyget lyckades ”hitta sådant som alla människor hade missat”.
Modellen har ännu inte knäckt något av de mest kända matematiska problemen, men resultaten ses ändå som ett tecken på hur snabbt AI:s matematiska förmåga utvecklas.
Avancerad matematik har länge varit ett svagt område för AI men de senaste månaderna har det kommit flera rapporter om genombrott.

Many mathematical problems have been stated but not yet solved.
