Attackerna fortsätter: Ni kan inte förstöra vårt land
USA:s president Donald Trump går återigen till hårt angrepp mot Demokraternas Ilhan Ohmar, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib och Ayanna Pressley.
”Jag tror inte att de fyra kongresskvinnorna är kapabla att älska vårt land. De borde be om ursäkt till USA (och Israel) för de hemska (hatiska) sakerna de har sagt”, skriver Trump på Twitter.
Han skriver att kvartetten, som kallas för ”the squad” och tillhör vänsterflanken inom Demokraterna, har förstört sitt parti.
”Men de är svaga och osäkra människor som aldrig kan förstöra vårt underbara land”, skriver han.
Ordkriget tog fart sedan Trump förra veckan uppmanat de demokratiska politikerna att ”åka hem” till länderna som de har påbrå från.

The Squad is an informal political grouping of four members elected in the 2018 United States House of Representatives elections with support of the Justice Democrats. The four are Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan. All are relatively young women of color, and all are considered to be on the left wing of the Democratic Party, with Ocasio-Cortez and Tlaib both being members of the Democratic Socialists of America.The group has been said to represent the demographic diversity of a younger political generation and the advocacy of progressive policies such as the Green New Deal which have sometimes clashed with their party's leadership. The "Squad" name was coined by Ocasio-Cortez in an Instagram post a week after Election Day. All four are members of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
