Fintechjätte närmar sig USA med uppköp

Kinas ledande fintechbolag Ant Financial, med e-betallösningen Alipay, köpte under torsdagen upp det Texasbaserade penningtransaktionsbolaget Moneygram för 880 miljoner dollar, skriver Wall Street Journal. I och med affären möjliggörs eventuellt ett kliv över Stilla havet för Ant Financial och därigenom möjligheten att ta upp konkurrensen med internationella jättar som Paypal.
