Foursquare slås ihop med Factual
Foursquare – som lanserades 2009 som ett slags socialt platsbaserat nätverk, men som nu har bytt spår och är mer av en plattform för marknadsföring och annonsering – går samman med bolaget Factual. Det rapporterar Silicon Angle. Även Factual är en plattform som använder sig av platsdata för diverse typer av marknadsföring.
Det nya bolaget kommer att använda namnet Foursquare och det är även Foursquares nuvarande vd som axlar samma roll i det nya företaget.

Foursquare Labs Inc., commonly known as Foursquare, is an American technology company.
