”Guccifer”: Jag hackade Clintons privata mejl
Han hackade Hillary Clintons privata mejlkonto – och avslöjade dess existens. På onsdagen ekände sig rumänske hackaren ”Guccifer” skyldig inför en domstol i delstaten Virginia, skriver Reuters.
Marcel Lazar, som han egentligen heter, har i flera intervjuer sagt att det var lätt att ta sig in i Clintons kontroversiella privata mejlkonto.
Men utredare menar att det inte finns några bevis för att Lazar verkligen hackat den tidigare utrikesministerns mejl.

Guccifer (real name Marcel Lazăr Lehel, born in 1973) is a Romanian hacker who is responsible for a number of high-level security breaches involving both current and former members of the United States government. The hacker first appeared in news media in February, 2013 after The Smoking Gun reported he was responsible for hacking the AOL account of Dorothy Bush Koch, sister of former president George W. Bush. Family photos of former president George H. W. Bush, who was in the hospital at the time, were circulated to the internet. He also circulated a self-portrait painted by George W. Bush. Guccifer has gone on to hack a number of AOL, Yahoo, Flickr and Facebook accounts, giving him access to information about current and former high-level government officials. In January 2014 he was jailed in his native Romania for seven years for hacking emails of Romanian officials including the head of the Romanian Intelligence Service. In May 2016, Guccifer made a claim to have repeatedly hacked Hillary Clinton's private email server.
