Reportrar utan gränser lanserar Minecraftbibliotek
Organisationen Reportrar utan gränser har tillsammans med företaget Blockworks skapat ett virtuellt bibliotek i spelet Minecraft. Via biblioteket kan människor få tillgång till litteratur och tidskrifter som är censurerade på flera håll i världen. Det rapporterar Übergizmo.
– I många länder saknas fri tillgång till information. Webbsidor är blockerade, oberoende press är förbjuden och massmedia är statskontrollerad. Unga människor växer upp utan möjligheten att skapa egna åsikter. Genom att använda Minecraft så ger vi dem tillgång till oberoende information, säger Christian Mihr som är chef för Reportrar utan gränser.

Reporters Without Borders, also known as Reporters Sans Frontières (RSF), is a leading international non-profit and non-governmental organization that safeguards the right to freedom of information. Its mandate is to promote free, independent and pluralistic journalism and to defend media workers.
