Wallenbergfamiljen samlar 85 miljarder i nytt bolag
Familjen Wallenberg har bildat ett nytt maktbolag – Wallenberg Investments AB. Det har slussats tillgångar från Wallenbergstiftelserna värda 85 miljarder kronor till nybildade bolaget, skriver SvD Näringsliv.
Den tidigare Ericsson-ordföranden Michael Treschow är ordförande i Wallenberg Investments AB och säger att det hela ”handlar om att sätta en långsiktig struktur på plats som tydliggör stiftelsernas tillgångar under ett och samma tak”.
Det nybildade bolaget under Treschow kommer att äga aktier i bland annat SAS, Saab och EQT, men också kontrollera ägarbolaget FAM, enligt SvD.
– Wallenberg Investments AB blir ägarens ägare, säger Oscar Stege Unger, talesperson för familjen Wallenberg.

The most famous of the Wallenbergs, Raoul Wallenberg, a diplomat, worked in Budapest, Hungary, during World War II to rescue Jews from the Holocaust. Between July and December 1944, he issued protective passports and housed Jews, saving tens of thousands of Jewish lives.
