Oljeservicebolag slås ihop

Det fransklistade oljeservicebolaget Technip går samman med det amerikansklistade dito FMC, rapporterar bland annat Financial Times. Resultatet blir ett storföretag värt 13 miljarder dollar, skriver tidningen. Det nya bolaget ska heta TechnipFMC och Doug Pferdehirt, för närvarande ordförande för FMC Technologies, blir dess vd.
