Andersson vill kräva skatt i Sverige av Maltabolag
Regeringen föreslår att Malta stryks från en lista med länder där man inte behöver betala bolagsskatt i Sverige. Syftet är att stoppa skatteplanering via brevlådeföretag i öriket, rapporterar SVT.
– Det är klart att det sticker i ögonen på många människor om det är så att man via skatteplanering försöker undgå att betala skatt. Det är en central del i den svenska modellen att man betalar skatt, säger Magdalena Andersson (S).
Förslaget beskrivs som en reaktion på den så kallade paradisläckan.

The Paradise Papers are a set of 13.4 million confidential electronic documents relating to offshore investments that were leaked to the German reporters Frederik Obermaier and Bastian Obermayer from the newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung. The newspaper shared them with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, and a network of more than 380 journalists. Some of the details were made public on 5 November 2017.
The documents originate from offshore magic circle member Appleby, the corporate services providers Estera and Asiaciti Trust, and business registries in 19 tax jurisdictions. They contain the names of more than 120,000 people and companies. Among those whose financial affairs are mentioned are, separately, AIG, Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth II, President of Colombia Juan Manuel Santos, and U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross. At 1.4 terabytes in size, this is second only to the Panama Papers of 2016 as the biggest data leak in history.
