Expert: Kinas modell kollapsar inom 18 månader
Skuggfinansieringen som håller Kinas ekonomi under armarna är ohållbar och är ”kusligt lik” utvecklingen i USA före finanskrisen 2008. Det säger researchföretaget Rhodiums kinaexpert Logan Wright till Bloomberg.
Den kinesiska modellen bygger på kapitalförvaltning som ger större vinster men med högre risker. Logan Wright säger att det är ”chockerande” hur viktiga dessa strukturer blivit och ger landet högst 18 månader innan modellen kollapsar.
– Alla förutsätter att det är ett stabilt system, det är finansierat med depositioner. Det är helt enkelt inte sant längre, säger han till Bloomberg.
