Man dog i olycka under Eurovision song contest
En lastbilschaufför har dött under förberedelserna inför Eurovision song contest i Tel Aviv, rapporterar Times of Israel. 66-åringen höll på att lasta av utrustning från en lastbil när en ljusrigg föll rakt över honom.
”Hur är det möjligt att något så här fruktansvärt kan hända under ett event av Eurovisions storlek, med så mycket pengar och säkerhet?” säger sonen i ett uttalande enligt tidningen.
Arrangören för musiktävlingen EBU beklagar dödsfallet.

The Eurovision Song Contest 2019 will be the 64th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. The contest is scheduled to take place in Tel Aviv, Israel, following Israel's victory at the 2018 contest in Lisbon, Portugal, with the song "Toy", performed by Netta. The contest will be held at Expo Tel Aviv, the city's convention centre; the show will consist of two semi-finals on 14 and 16 May, and the final on 18 May 2019.Forty-one countries will take part in the contest, with Bulgaria and Ukraine absent, both for the first time since 2015.
