Tyska styrelsetoppar bildar gemensamt ”power haus”

Fem av Tysklands mest namnkunniga makthavare i näringslivet har gått samman och öppnat ett gemensamt kontor. Sinsemellan sitter topparna – som alla är vänner privat – i styrelsen för 10 av Tysklands 30 största bolag.

Till personerna som flyttat in i kontoret DALFA hör Deutsche Banks ordförande Paul Achleitner och hans fru Ann-Kristin Achleitner, mer känd för sina styrelseposter i bolag som Deutsche Börse.

– Att dela hyran med andra är effektivt och jag har fördelen att veta exakt vilka mina grannar är, säger hon i en intervju med Bloomberg om företagsledarnas nya ”power haus”.

Michael Diekmann (born December 23, 1954) was the CEO of Allianz in between 2003 and 2015. He is regarded as one of the finest CEOs in Europe. He began his career with Allianz in 1988 after becoming frustrated with his own business, a publishing house that focused on travel guides. In 1996, he moved to Singapore to run Allianz's Asia-Pacific business front. Diekmann's total compensation from 2010 was around one hundred and five million Euros. Diekmann earned his degree from Goettingen University, where he studied law and philosophy.

Peter Löscher (born 17 September 1957 in Villach, Austria) is an Austrian manager and former president, Global Human Health at global pharmaceutical company Merck & Co. He was appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of Siemens on 20 May 2007 as the successor of Klaus Kleinfeld, and was selected to take on the new position on 1 July 2007. He was the first top executive in the 160-year history of Siemens to be hired from outside the company.

Joachim Faber (born 10 May 1950 in Gießen) is a German lawyer and business executive. Educated at the University of Bonn, he earned his doctorate at the German University of Administrative Sciences in 1982. He has served as CEO of Allianz Global Investors from 2000 to 2012, and is chairman of the German Stock Exchange Group since May 2012. He is a non-executive director of HSBC since 1 March 2012.
