Fortum: Har haft konstruktiva möten med Uniper
Det finska kraftbolaget Fortum har haft ett ”konstruktivt” första samtal om ett övertagande av Eons avknoppade verksamhet Uniper. Det säger Fortums vd Pekka Lundberg till tyska WirtschaftsWoche efter sitt möte med Unipers vd Klaus Schaefer, enligt Reuters.
I september gick Fortum med på att tidigt 2018 köpa Eons resterande knappt 47 procent i Uniper för 22 euro per aktie, vilket innebär ett pris på cirka 8 miljarder euro, eller knappt 80 miljarder kronor.
