Tre personer saknas efter kraftverkets kollaps
En stor del av en nedlagd kraftstation har kollapsat i Oxfordshire i Storbritannien, rapporterar BBC. En person är död och fem har förts till sjukhus – medan man fortfarande söker efter tre saknade med hjälp av sökhundar och drönare.
– Sök- och räddningslagen arbetar sig metodiskt genom sektorerna. Vi har inte fått några positiva tecken, säger Simon Furlong vid räddningstjänsten till The Guardian.
På sociala medier har användare beskrivit att de sett rökmoln och någon form av byggnadskollaps.
Det är inte säkert nog att söka i det som återstår av byggnaden, rapporterar Guardian.

Didcot Power Stations refers to an active natural-gas power plant (Didcot B Power Station) that supplies the National Grid, and a closed combined coal and oil power plant (Didcot A Power Station). They are situated immediately adjoining one another in the civil parish of Sutton Courtenay, next to the town of Didcot in Oxfordshire (formerly in Berkshire), in the UK. The combined power stations feature a chimney which is one of the tallest structures in the UK, and three hyperbolic cooling towers (three others were demolished in 2014), which can be seen from much of the surrounding landscape.
