Stora ordningsstörningar i Polen inför finalen
Det har varit stora ordningsstörningar inför kvällens final av fotbollsturneringen Europa Conference League som spelas mellan Londonklubben Chelsea och spanska Real Betis, uppger polska polisen.
Matchen spelas i Wroclaw i södra Polen, och 28 människor har gripits efter att supportergrupperingar drabbat samman på torget under tisdagskvällen och onsdagskvällen.
Hundratals poliser ska ha ingripit för att ”återställa den allmänna ordningen”, uppger polisen för AFP.
Polens premiärminister har utfärdat en skarp varning till stökiga supportrar.
”Om det blir nödvändigt kommer polisen att vara ännu mer hänsynslös”, skriver han på X.

The 2024–25 UEFA Conference League is the fourth season of the UEFA Conference League, Europe's tertiary club football tournament organised by UEFA.
From this season, the competition is renamed from the UEFA Europa Conference League to the UEFA Conference League. This is also the first edition of the tournament played under a new format involving a 36-team league phase. This will increase the total number of matches played in the competition proper from 141 to 153. The new format also does not allow teams to transfer from the Europa League league or knockout phase to the Conference League knockout phase, and thus Conference League winners (Olympiacos in the 2023–24 edition) can no longer defend their title as the winner of the Conference League automatically qualifies for the Europa League league phase.
The final will be played at the Wrocław Stadium in Wrocław, Poland. The winners of the tournament will automatically qualify for the 2025–26 UEFA Europa League league phase, unless they qualify for the 2025–26 UEFA Champions League through their league performance. In such case, the access list will be rebalanced.
