”Kampen mot antisemitism får inte bli politiskt verktyg”

Kampen mot antisemitismen får inte politiseras då det riskerar att undergräva demokratiska värderingar och mänskliga rättigheter. Det skriver omkring 50 internationella forskare på SvD:s debattsida inför den stundande Förintelsekonferensen i Malmö.

De världsledare som samlas under onsdagen och torsdagen måste motverka och avvisa den ”politiska instrumentaliseringen” av antisemitismen, skriver forskarna.

”Vi vill utfärda en skarp varning mot att låta kampen mot antisemitism bli ett verktyg för politiska syften.”
