Musk blir kvar på Tesla – får lön efter börsvärde
Elon Musk fortsätter som vd på Tesla "på lång sikt", skriver elbilsbolaget i ett pressmeddelande. Musk ska dessutom få ett nytt köpoptionsbaserat ersättningspaket som kopplas till börsvärdesutvecklingen.
För att Elon Musk ska få ut full ersättning ska Teslas börsvärde på tio år mer än tiodubblas vilket motsvarar en ökning från dagens 59 miljarder dollar till 650 miljarder. Han måste också vara kvar som antingen vd eller kombinera rollerna som arbetande styrelseordförande och produktchef.
Elon Musk är även vd för rymdbolaget Space X och Morgan Stanley varnade i december för att ”nyckelpersonrisken” i Tesla är högre än i något annat bolag bankens analytiker bevakar.

In addition to his primary business pursuits, he has envisioned a high-speed transportation system known as the Hyperloop, and has proposed a vertical take-off and landing supersonic jet aircraft with electric fan propulsion, known as the Musk electric jet.
